The Amethyst Membership System package has all the tools you need to manage your members online.  With a members area for information that you need to keep behind a paywall.

Take secure online payments, manage your orders and view your sales reports.

With email reminders sent automatically, you can relive yourself from a huge chunk of administration work.  Also, with integration to Mailchimp, you can be sure that there is no need to manually add email addresses and names to your Mailchimp account as this is instant when someone signs up to your newsletter on your website and is also requested at a point of sale.  Recording information about your customer and their orders into Mailchimp. This allows you to set up further automated emails to recover lapsed members and abandoned shopping carts.

This product comes with the tools you need to allow you to sell online Zoom classes, and will automatically send a link to the class in an email, as well as issue a 24 hr and a 3 hr reminder email to your customers, so they do not forget to attend.

A POS (Point of Sale) system to book in your members as they attend your in-person classes. Upon, booking them in, they receive a welcome email regarding their membership and will have instant access to their members area.

A Weighing in Kiosk that links to your members area, so that as soon as you enter their weight for the ‘weigh-in’ in the in-person class, your member will see the results in their members area.  Your members can also enter their own weights for those who wish to do it themselves or those attending a Virtual Zoom class where they cannot be weighed by a coach.

You will have access to the Food Tracker for your members, which is regularly updated with new Irish food products.

This package includes the ability to build your own online courses for sale and view your members progress.  You can either sell the courses as one off, or include them in your members area as part of your membership packages. It also includes a calendar timeslot booking system, so that you can sell zoom links for specific timeslots for 1-2-1 sessions, or private sessions.

In addition, the package allows you to setup subscription type products for sale, which automatically renews a membership or product that is paid for monthly, without needing to send out reminders to re-pay, a subscription service automatically takes card payments on what ever basis you set for the product or service.

There is a one off white label set up fee.
