The next most important area you will need to access is the ‘Back Office’.
This is main business administration area that you will use to add content to your web based membership portal.
In this area, you can:-
- Add content to your members area, such as Workout Videos, Printable documents, Recipes, Wellness Articles and Zoom meetings.
- View various Reports on your sales revenue.
- Create coupons for marketing and offers.
- Add products for sale in your shop, either physical, downloadable such as ebooks or audios, or affiliate products, for example Amazon products.
- View more info on your members and their membership plans.
- Manage your customers subscriptions plans (if you have Subscription services).
- Export member data in to spreadsheet.
- Email members directly who purchase a specific product.
- Manage your users (customers) account details.
- Create new point of sale registers for different venues. (If you have Checking-In).
- Add food items to your Meal Collection for your members to access.
- Change your shop settings (advanced).
- Create and build online courses for sale (if you have course builder option).
- Edit the emails that go to your clients.
- If you have the Weight Tracking feature, you’ll also be able to set your own awards and customise what you’d like your members to track on their weight trackers. e.g. waist measurements, miles walked, workouts completed, etc.

Terminology: Back Office or Admin Area are terms used to describe the area where all of this takes place.
